ChemData MiniApp 01 — Chemical Procurement & Approval Gate provides a structured workplace process for reviewing a chemical before it is purchased or introduced into the workplace.

It helps move chemical management upstream by establishing a documented decision process before the chemical arrives on site.

The MiniApp supports:

• creation of a proposed chemical procurement request
• recording chemical, supplier and proposed-use information
• structured review of the proposed chemical
• recording procurement and approval decisions
• progression through request, review and decision stages
• receipt verification when the chemical arrives
• maintenance of procurement and approval records
• review of previously created records
• printing and exporting records where supported

Workflow: Request → Review → Decision → Approval → Receipt Verification

Licence: Full MiniApp 01 — Individual Single-User Licence.
Access period: 12 months.
Delivery: Hosted online application.
Standard price: A$249 including GST.
Launch price:  A$199 including GST with code MINIAPP01-LAUNCH at checkout.
Launch availability: First 25 customers or first 30 days after launch, whichever comes first. The price then returns to A$249 including GST.
Renewal: A$149 including GST for another 12 months.
Automatic renewal: No.
Upgrade credit: The amount actually paid will be credited toward an eligible ChemData MiniApps Suite or ChemDataVault upgrade, subject to the applicable upgrade terms.
