ChemData MiniApp 12 — SOP Builder provides a structured workplace process for developing chemical-related Standard Operating Procedures from defined work requirements, hazards and controls.

It helps turn risk controls and operational requirements into a usable, reviewable workplace procedure.

The MiniApp supports:

• defining the task and purpose of the procedure
• identifying chemicals and associated hazards
• incorporating required controls and precautions
• defining work steps and operating requirements
• recording PPE and emergency requirements
• identifying responsibilities and competency requirements
• documenting review and approval
• maintaining procedure revision information
• supporting controlled workplace issue and use
• printing and exporting the completed SOP where supported

Users remain responsible for ensuring that information is current, applicable to the actual chemical or product being used and available to workers as required.
