ChemData MiniApp 05 — RACI Register provides a structured workplace record for defining responsibility, accountability, consultation and communication across chemical-management activities.

It helps remove uncertainty about who performs work, who approves decisions, who must be consulted and who needs to be informed.

The MiniApp supports:

• identifying chemical-management activities and decisions
• assigning responsible roles
• assigning accountable roles
• identifying people or functions that must be Consulted
• identifying people or functions that must be Informed
• recording role and responsibility relationships
• identifying responsibility gaps or overlaps
• supporting communication and escalation pathways
• reviewing responsibilities when organisational arrangements change
• printing and exporting records where supported

MiniApp 05 is a chemical-management support tool. Responsibility assignments should be confirmed against actual organisational authority, competence, position descriptions and workplace arrangements.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that information is current, applicable to the actual chemical or product being used and available to workers as required.
