Ralph Gunness has worked across mining, petroleum, heavy industry, government, research and environmental management, helping organisations build, review and strengthen systems supporting safer operations, clearer compliance and practical workplace implementation.
His work has included environmental and chemical-management systems, workplace health and safety, auditing, compliance and operational support on major projects and within complex operating environments.

His qualifications span science, environmental studies, agricultural science, education and business, supported by specialist training and certifications across WHS, risk, emergency response and workplace training.
He has also been a long-standing author and course developer with Edumine (formerly InfoMine/Edumine), translating complex technical and compliance topics into practical industry learning.
