1. Product purpose
ChemData MiniApp 01 — Chemical Procurement & Approval Gate provides a structured process for reviewing and approving a chemical before it is purchased or introduced into the workplace.
Its purpose is to move chemical-management control upstream by establishing a documented procurement and approval process before the chemical arrives on site.
2. Principal functionality
MiniApp 01 supports:
- creation of a proposed chemical procurement request;
- recording chemical, supplier and proposed-use information;
- structured review of the proposed chemical;
- recording procurement and approval decisions;
- progression through request, review and decision stages;
- approval of the proposed procurement;
- receipt verification when the chemical arrives;
- maintenance and review of procurement and approval records; and
- printing and exporting records where supported.

4. Customer entitlement
Purchase of this product establishes the entitlement:
CDMA-01-SU
for one named individual and one verified SafeChemEdu customer account.
The entitlement provides access to ChemData MiniApp 01 for 12 months from the Activation Date, subject to the applicable licence terms.
Possession of, or access to, a MiniApp URL does not itself constitute a licence or entitlement.
5. Renewal
The standard renewal price for a further 12-month licence period is:
A$149 including GST where applicable.
Renewal is manual. The licence does not automatically renew and SafeChemEdu will not charge the customer for a renewal without the customer’s express agreement.
6. Upgrade credit
The qualifying original purchase amount paid for MiniApp 01 may be credited against an eligible upgrade to:
- the ChemData MiniApps Suite; or
- ChemDataVault,
subject to the upgrade provisions contained in the Master Licence Terms.
The renewal price does not increase the original upgrade-credit amount.
7. Applicable licence terms
This Product Schedule forms part of and must be read together with the:
ChemData MiniApps — Individual Single-User Licence Terms
and applicable SafeChemEdu terms, privacy, refund and customer-data policies.
Where this Product Schedule specifies a MiniApp 01 product-specific matter, this Schedule applies to that matter. The Master Licence Terms govern the general conditions of use.
