The ChemData MiniApps Suite brings all 15 ChemData MiniApps together in one coordinated hosted online environment. It is designed for organisations that need more than one isolated register or chemical-management task and want a clearer, more consistent pathway across the complete chemical lifecycle.

From deciding whether a chemical should enter the workplace through to verifying its final disposal, the Suite provides a practical set of connected tools for organising chemical information, responsibilities, risk controls, operating procedures, change and assurance.

The ChemData MiniApps Suite is suited to organisations, workplaces and professional teams that manage chemicals across several activities and want a practical alternative to disconnected spreadsheets, forms and local records.

Typical users include chemical and WHS professionals, supervisors, managers, environmental personnel, laboratories, manufacturing operations, mining and resources operations, utilities, auditors and consultants.

Price

Suite pricing starts from A$2,995.

The final price is subject to the type and size of the organisation and the agreed licence scope. Larger, multi-site or more complex organisational requirements may require a separate quotation or Product Schedule.

Australian customer pricing is expressed in Australian dollars and includes Australian GST where applicable. International taxation is applied according to the relevant transaction and jurisdiction.

Licence and Access

The ChemData MiniApps Suite is supplied as a 12-month hosted organisational licence providing access to all 15 connected ChemData MiniApps through the ChemData MiniApps online environment.

What the Licence Provides

The organisational Suite licence provides access to the complete 15-MiniApp chemical-management pathway, including:

• Chemical transport, transfer, storage and location
• Job and workplace specification
• JSA / crew risk assessment
• PPE management
• Emergency preparedness and controls
• SOP development
• Shift handover
• Management of Change
• Waste management, chain of custody and final disposal assurance

Organisation-Specific Requirements

The A$2,995 price represents the starting Suite price. Final commercial arrangements may take account of factors such as organisation size, number of users, number of sites, implementation requirements, support requirements and the agreed operating scope.

Where additional requirements apply, SafeChemEdu may issue an organisation-specific quotation and/or ChemData MiniApps Suite Product Schedule before activation.

Upgrade Credit

Customers may begin with one or more standalone ChemData MiniApps and later upgrade to the complete ChemData MiniApps Suite.

Qualifying original purchase amounts paid for eligible standalone ChemData MiniApps may be credited against an eligible upgrade to the ChemData MiniApps Suite, subject to the applicable upgrade terms.

Renewal

The Suite licence operates for 12 months from activation.

Renewal pricing and any organisation-specific renewal conditions will be stated in the applicable ChemData MiniApps Suite Product Schedule, quotation or renewal offer. No automatic renewal should be assumed unless expressly agreed. As a guide: ChemData MiniApps Suite renewal price: 15% below the applicable standard Suite licence price for a further 12-month licence period.

Relationship with ChemDataVault

The ChemData MiniApps Suite is the complete connected operational toolkit containing all 15 ChemData MiniApps.

ChemDataVault is a separate enterprise product intended for organisations requiring broader multi-site governance, consolidated reporting, organisation-level administration and enterprise oversight.

ChemDataMiniApps™ are educational, workplace-assistance and assurance tools designed to support structured chemical-management decisions.

The ChemData MiniApps Suite does not replace applicable legislation, current Safety Data Sheets, approved workplace procedures, statutory approvals, site-specific risk assessment, competent professional judgement or organisational approval processes.

Users and purchasing organisations remain responsible for confirming actual workplace conditions, chemical information, legal obligations, technical requirements and the suitability of decisions and controls before relying on MiniApp outputs.
