ChemData MiniApp 14 — Management of Change provides a structured workplace process for identifying, assessing, authorising and recording changes that may affect chemical-management risks and controls.

It helps prevent changes to chemicals, processes, equipment, storage, work methods or organisational arrangements from bypassing appropriate review.

The MiniApp supports:

• describing the proposed change
• identifying the reason and scope of change
• identifying affected chemicals, processes and workplace controls
• assessing potential impacts and new risks
• identifying required reviews and actions
• assigning responsibilities and approvals
• recording implementation requirements
• confirming completion and effectiveness
• maintaining a traceable change record
• printing and exporting records where supported
