ChemData MiniApp 09 — ChemData MiniApp 09 — JSA / Crew Risk Assessment provides a structured workplace process for assessing chemical-related hazards and controls with the people undertaking the work.

It connects job information, chemical hazards, workplace conditions and crew knowledge into a documented risk-assessment process.

The MiniApp supports:

• defining the job and work steps
• identifying chemicals and associated hazards
• considering exposure pathways and workplace conditions
• identifying existing controls
• assessing risk with the work crew
• identifying additional controls where required
• recording responsibilities and actions
• documenting crew participation and review
• supporting escalation where risks are not adequately controlled
• printing and exporting the completed assessment where supported

Workflow: Define Work → Identify Hazards → Assess Risk → Select Controls → Crew Review → Authorise

Licence: Individual Single-User
Licence term: 12 months from activation
Delivery: Hosted online application
Renewal: A$349 for a further 12 months
Automatic renewal: No

MiniApp 09 supports structured workplace risk assessment but does not replace competent risk assessment, worker consultation, current SDS information, site procedures or applicable WHS requirements.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that information is current, applicable to the actual chemical or product being used and available to workers as required.
