Overview
This page explains how SafeChemEdu handles order fulfilment, account activation, access to digital products, delivery expectations, technical issues, cancellations, and refunds.
Products covered
This page applies to online courses, digital downloads, eBooks, templates, forms, registers, flowcharts, bundles, summaries, facilitator resources, and any physical products if offered.
Order fulfilment and access
Digital products are generally supplied electronically. Access may be provided by instant download, email delivery, LMS enrolment, account activation, or access credentials sent after purchase. We aim to issue access within the timeframe stated at checkout or on the product page. Delivery issues If you do not receive access details, download links, or order confirmations within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@safechemedu.com.au. We may ask you to check spam or junk folders, confirm the email address used, and verify payment status.
Technical issues
If a purchased digital product is faulty, inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from its description, contact us at support@safechemedu.com.au with reasonable details of the issue. We may provide troubleshooting support, reissue access, provide a replacement file or access path, or provide another appropriate remedy.
Refunds and remedies
We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind about a digital product after access has been issued, unless required by law or unless we state otherwise in writing for a particular product. Due to the digital nature of many SafeChemEdu products, refunds may not be available once digital access, downloads, enrolment access, or resource delivery has occurred. Refund requests relating to technical issues, duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or access problems will be reviewed reasonably and in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law obligations. Organisation, institution, facilitator, licensing, implementation, and customised delivery arrangements may be subject to separate written agreements or negotiated terms.
Duplicate purchases and billing errors
If you are charged twice for the same item in error, or if there is another billing mistake, contact us promptly and we will investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.
Cancellations
If a service, coaching session, workshop place, or future-dated item is offered, cancellation rights and any applicable fees will be described on the relevant product or service page.
Access suspension
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security reasons, fraud prevention, unauthorized sharing, license breaches, payment disputes, or misuse of the service.
Pricing, currency and GST
All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. GST is included where required by Australian law. Some sales to recipients outside Australia may be GST-free under Australian tax law. Local taxes, duties, or charges in your jurisdiction remain your responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is a payment problem, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly before a chargeback is initiated. SafeChemEdu training materials, implementation resources, templates, operational guidance, audit support activities, coaching, and related services are provided for educational and workplace support purposes only. SafeChemEdu does not accept responsibility or liability for site-specific implementation decisions, operational controls, legal compliance outcomes, environmental performance, engineering controls, workplace incidents, organisational governance obligations, regulatory enforcement outcomes, or audit results. Organisations, institutions, employers, facilitators, supervisors, and authorised personnel remain solely responsible for their own workplace systems, risk management processes, legal obligations, operational controls, and implementation decisions.
