This policy may apply to SafeChemEdu online courses, eBooks, digital downloads, templates, forms, registers, flowcharts, implementation resources, facilitator materials, ChemData MiniApps, hosted software access, bundles, summaries and physical products where offered.

Product-specific access, licence, delivery, cancellation or refund conditions may also be stated on the applicable product page, Product Schedule, quotation or written agreement.

How products are delivered

Fulfilment depends on the product purchased. SafeChemEdu may provide access through one or more of the following methods:

We aim to issue or initiate fulfilment within the timeframe stated on the applicable product page, checkout, quotation or customer communication.

Delivery and access issues

If you do not receive expected access details, download links, enrolment information, MiniApp access or an order confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact SafeChemEdu.

We may ask you to check spam or junk folders, confirm the email address used for the order, confirm account details and verify payment or order status.

Technical issues

If a purchased digital product or hosted service is faulty, inaccessible, corrupted or materially different from its description, contact SafeChemEdu with reasonable details of the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide troubleshooting, reissue access, correct an entitlement, provide a replacement file or access path, or provide another appropriate remedy.

Refunds and remedies

SafeChemEdu does not generally provide a refund solely because a customer changes their mind after digital access, download access, LMS enrolment, licensed resources or hosted-product access has been supplied, unless required by law or otherwise stated for the product.

Refund requests relating to faulty products, technical problems, duplicate purchases, failed delivery, incorrect access or other issues will be considered reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, including any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Effect of a refund on licences and entitlements

Where a refund is issued for a product that provides time-limited, licensed or hosted access, the associated licence, membership, entitlement or application access may be cancelled, adjusted or revoked from the effective date of the refund, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

For ChemData MiniApps and other entitlement-controlled services, a refunded order may therefore result in the relevant paid MiniApp or service no longer appearing as active or available to open through the customer’s authorised access area.

A partial refund or other negotiated adjustment may result in a corresponding change to licence scope, access rights, users, products or entitlement where appropriate.

Duplicate purchases and billing errors

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same item in error, or there is another billing mistake, contact SafeChemEdu promptly.

We will investigate the transaction and correct the issue where appropriate.

Services and future-dated arrangements

If SafeChemEdu offers a service, coaching session, workshop place, future-dated item or other arrangement requiring cancellation terms, the applicable cancellation rights, notice requirements and any fees will be stated on the relevant product or service page, quotation or agreement.

Access suspension

SafeChemEdu may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security reasons, fraud prevention, unauthorised sharing, licence breaches, payment disputes, misuse or protection of the service.

Any suspension or restriction remains subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Pricing, currency and GST

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a payment, billing, access or fulfilment problem, we ask that you contact SafeChemEdu first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue promptly before a chargeback is initiated.

This request does not remove any rights you may have through your payment provider or under applicable law.

Professional responsibility & limitation

SafeChemEdu training materials, implementation resources, templates, operational guidance, audit-support activities, coaching, MiniApps and related services are provided for educational and workplace-support purposes.

SafeChemEdu does not accept responsibility or liability for site-specific implementation decisions, operational controls, legal-compliance outcomes, environmental performance, engineering controls, workplace incidents, organisational-governance obligations, regulatory-enforcement outcomes or audit results.

Organisations, institutions, employers, facilitators, supervisors and authorised personnel remain responsible for their own workplace systems, risk-management processes, legal obligations, operational controls and implementation decisions.
