SafeChemEdu may use licensed media from Microsoft Clipchamp and other approved providers. This may include stock images, template elements, icons, audio, video components and other licensed assets.

Such assets are used only in accordance with the applicable licence terms under which they were obtained. Depending on the applicable licence, permitted use may include:

  • Commercial use
  • Embedding in websites, videos and training materials
  • Modification and adaptation where permitted
  • Use without attribution where the applicable licence permits it

SafeChemEdu does not claim ownership of third-party licensed stock media. Ownership remains with the applicable rights holder.

Restrictions

Restrictions on Licensed Media

SafeChemEdu does not knowingly:

  • Redistribute licensed stock media as standalone files
  • Sell or license Clipchamp or third-party assets independently
  • Provide downloadable versions of licensed media outside permitted integrated use
  • Claim copyright ownership over third-party stock imagery or media

Licensed media is used as part of integrated educational, digital-product, website or marketing content in accordance with the applicable licence.

Website & Training Use

Embedded Use on SafeChemEdu Platforms

Licensed or third-party images and media may appear as:

  • Background images
  • Decorative or illustrative elements
  • Embedded graphics within training pages
  • Visual components of course materials
  • Product-page or application interface illustrations

Such material remains subject to the licence conditions applying to the original asset.

Permitted Use

User Permissions & Prohibited Actions

Users may

  • View and interact with content for authorised personal, workplace or organisational learning
  • Download resources that SafeChemEdu expressly makes available for download
  • Use purchased or licensed materials within the scope of the applicable product licence

Users may not

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute SafeChemEdu content outside permitted use
  • Extract licensed media from SafeChemEdu resources for separate use
  • Repackage, resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute SafeChemEdu materials without permission
  • Remove copyright, trade mark or ownership notices
  • Use SafeChemEdu brand assets in a way that implies unauthorised endorsement or affiliation
