Product Schedule — Individual Single-User Licence

1. Product purpose

Practical tool for managing chemical waste through final disposal, including waste handling, disposal assurance, chain of custody and retained evidence.

2. Principal functionality

MiniApp 15 supports:

  • controlled management of chemical waste from generation through handling,
  • transfer and
  • final disposal.
  • including final chain of custody and disposal assurance.

3. Workflow

Request → Review → Decision → Approval → Receipt Verification

4. Customer entitlement

Purchase of this product establishes the entitlement: CDMA-15-SU for one named individual and one verified SafeChemEdu customer account.

The entitlement provides access to ChemData MiniApp 15 for 12 months from the Activation Date, subject to the applicable licence terms.

Possession of, or access to, a MiniApp URL does not itself constitute a licence or entitlement.

5. Renewal

The standard renewal price for a further 12-month licence period is:

A$399 including GST where applicable.

Renewal is manual. The licence does not automatically renew and SafeChemEdu will not charge the customer for a renewal without the customer’s express agreement.

6. Upgrade credit

The qualifying original purchase amount paid for MiniApp 15 may be credited against an eligible upgrade to:

  • the ChemData MiniApps Suite; or
  • ChemDataVault,

Subject to the upgrade provisions contained in the Master Licence Terms.

The renewal price does not increase the original upgrade-credit amount.

7. Applicable licence terms

This Product Schedule forms part of and must be read together with the:

ChemData MiniApps — Individual Single-User Licence Terms and applicable SafeChemEdu terms, privacy, refund and customer-data policies.

Where this Product Schedule specifies a MiniApp 15 product-specific matter, this Schedule applies to that matter. The Master Licence Terms govern the general conditions of use.
