Overview
SafeChemEdu courses, ebooks, downloads, templates, registers, facilitator materials, and related resources are provided under a limited licence for authorised use.
They are not sold on a basis that gives unrestricted rights of copying, redistribution, resale, or public sharing.
License types
Depending on the product purchased, licenses may include an Individual license for one named user, a Small Team license for a defined internal team, an Organisation license for authorised internal users within one organisation, or an Institution license for approved internal educational use within one institution.
The permitted scope of use depends on the license purchased at the time of order.
Licensing & Delivery Overview
SafeChemEdu supports individual learners through to organisation-wide and institutional delivery environments.

Actual licensing rights, access periods, implementation scope, and delivery permissions may vary depending on the product purchased and approved licensing arrangement.
Permitted use
Subject to the licence purchased, you may access and use the materials for your internal learning or training purposes.
You may also download or print reasonable copies for authorised internal use, and use templates, forms, and registers within your own organisation where permitted by the licence.
Prohibited use
Unless we expressly agree in writing, you must not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the materials. These materials are the SafeChemEdu materials, templates, LMS content, implementation resources, facilitator materials, downloads, forms, registers, flowcharts, and related intellectual property must not be:
- redistributed
- resold
- sublicensed
- uploaded to unauthorized LMS platforms
- publicly shared
- copied for external delivery
- modified for commercial redistribution
- used outside the approved licence scope
You must not upload the materials to a public website, open platform, or public repository.
You must not share access credentials with unauthorised users, copy the materials into another course or training product for resale or external distribution, remove copyright or branding notices, or present the materials as your own proprietary content.
Internal use by organisations
Where an organisation or institution licence is purchased, use is limited to that licensed entity and its authorised personnel, subject to any stated seat, user, site, or department limits.
Digital access
We may provide access through downloads, email delivery, account login, LMS access, or other electronic means.
We may apply reasonable technical controls to protect the integrity and licensing of our materials.
Intellectual property ownership
All intellectual property rights in the materials remain with SafeChemEdu or its licensors.
No ownership rights transfer to you except for the limited licence expressly granted.
Third-party materials
Some content may refer to or incorporate third-party standards, names, marks, or source materials.
Those rights remain with their respective owners.
Breach of licence
If you breach these Licence & Use Terms, we may suspend or terminate access and require you to stop using, reproducing, or distributing the affected materials.
Access suspension
SafeChemEdu may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security protection, fraud prevention, licence breaches, unauthorised sharing, misuse, payment disputes, or operational integrity purposes.
Changes and updates
We may revise, improve, replace, or withdraw materials from time to time.
Continued access to updated materials may depend on the product type, subscription status, or licence purchased.
Non-excludable rights
Nothing in these Licence & Use Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Professional Responsibility & Limitation
SafeChemEdu materials, implementation resources, templates, operational guidance, audit support activities, coaching, and related services are provided for educational and workplace support purposes only.
SafeChemEdu does not accept responsibility or liability for site-specific implementation decisions, operational controls, legal compliance outcomes, environmental performance, engineering controls, workplace incidents, organisational governance obligations, regulatory enforcement outcomes, or audit results.
Organisations, institutions, employers, facilitators, supervisors, and authorised personnel remain solely responsible for their own workplace systems, operational controls, risk management processes, legal obligations, and implementation decisions.
